FIHRST Management Services Garnishee Assistance Service is designed to aid employers in the administration of, and compliance with Emolument Attachment Orders received by them. FIHRST is also well aware that the administration of these orders is starting to place an onerous burden on the staff of the payroll department who has to administer this function.

To this end FIHRST has developed the Garnishee Assistance Service to assist employers in ensuring that the Emolument Attachment Orders are being administered correctly by both the employer and the recipient debt collectors and to keep track of payments made on behalf of employees and costs and interest accruing to their debtor account.
