The PayPlus service enables an employee to make payments from their nett pay, online to private beneficiaries without the intervention of the payroll department. These payments are made prior to the employees nett pay being credited to their personal bank account. There is NO minimum monthly fee therefore if one is already an internet banker you do not pay twice. It is important to note that all transactions are securely protected via PIN and employee number combinations. PayPlus also serves as a collection mechanism that enables the employer to remove all non statutory deductions such as Union Fees, Micro Loans etc from the payroll thereby, assisting with the deduction and payment of money to third parties ensuring accurate data and money reconciliation.
